I do not order flowers very often but I am very familiar with funerals, 4 in the past 3 years. I ordered these for a family member in Michigan and I am in Texas. I was putting my faith in you to handle this and the flowers didn’t get to the funeral and were not delivered until days later, to the funeral home. I’m not even sure at this point that they even received them. I’ll wait to hear from the family. I just hope they got them and they were as the picture showed.

I was asked to review this. The flowers were beautiful although quite different than this picture. That is understandable because of what may be in or out of season. However the basket was very different and white not brown. The arrangement was so different from the picture here that I thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The family was very pleased so in the end all was good. Thank you for asking for a review.

Was able to just click on a link, choose a dollar amount, even helped with what to say on the card. If you share, you know that you have not purchased flowers that someone else has already purchased.
Didn't even need the address, or time, or anything as it is already loaded on the site.
Will use this again.

The flowers were pretty but the ivy was too skimpy so the concept was lost...it became a basket of flowers in a handled basket...not bowled over.

I ordered the premium level which is two upgrades from the deluxe and there was not a single rose of any kind in the arrangement nor any ivy across the handle of the basket. Carnations make a poor substitute for sentiment and price. Total price I paid was over 100. I took photo of arrangement at the service. This is the second time I used this service and the second time I was disappointed and embarrassed. Order somewhere else. RIP OFF!

I ordered this from out of town, so I didn't actually see this product, however I was told it was beautiful. Everything was perfect. The ordering, the delivery, the timeliness and the beautiful arrangement could not have been handled any better.
