Eddie "Pee Wee" Roseboro Jr.

Mr. Eddie Roseboro Jr. was born on December 9, 1953, in Clover, South Carolina. He transitioned on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the age of 72. He was the son of the late: Francis Sanders & Eddie Roseboro Sr. With profound sadness and heartfelt gratitude for a life well lived, we celebrate the life and legacy of “Eddie “Pee Wee” Roseboro Jr. Eddie lived a life defined by love, humility, strength and unwavering devotion to his family. He was a man of quiet wisdom whose kind heart, generous spirit and steadfast character touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Whether through his words, his actions or simply his presence, Eddie had a remarkable way of making others feel valued, respected and loved. He was an avid active outdoorsman, activities including hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He found peace and joy in nature hunting more than a pastime – it was one of his greatest passions. Whether sitting quietly in the woods at sunrise or sharing stories after a successful hunt, he found happiness in God’s creation and in the fellowship of family and friends. Family was the cornerstone of Eddie’s life. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who led with quiet strength, compassion, and integrity. He believed in the value of hard work, loyalty and treating others with kindness and respect. His life was a lasting example of perseverance, humility and unconditional love. Eddie was preceded in death by his beloved mother: Francis Sanders, his father Eddie Roseboro Sr. his son Eddie Roseboro III, his brothers Johnny Sanders and Marshall Sanders and his sister Frazier Lee Setzer. Great-Aunt Mary Glenn. He leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving son Travis Deon Roseboro and daughter in law Rebecca Roseboro, his brothers Ralph Roseboro and Gene Roseboro, his sister Ola Parker, his cherished grandchildren, Destiny N. Roseboro, Travis D. “T.J.” Roseboro Jr., Isaiah Roseboro, Elijah Roseboro, Noble Roseboro and Ethik Roseboro, his beloved great-grandson Yasir Wiles. Along with his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless friends whose lives were forever enriched by his love, wisdom and gentle spirit. Though our hearts are filled with sorrow, we are grateful for the time we shared with Eddie and for the countless memories that will forever live within us. His legacy is one of faith, love, strength and family. While he will be deeply missed, his spirit will continue to inspire all who knew and loved him.
