Dionyah Truelove Thompson

Dionyah aka “D” Truelove Thompson transitioned to her heavenly home on Monday, February 13, 2023. Dionyah was born to both parents Queserie Thompson-Peay and Dia Campbell on July 21, 1999, in Matthews, NC. After graduating from West Charlotte High School in 2017, Dionyah attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College for a short time in hopes to pursue a career in the medical field. She was very independent, goal-oriented, hardworking, and determined-driven. Dionyah was employed at CarMax full-time as an administrator. She enjoyed gym workouts, preparing healthy and delicious meals, and traveling. She was funny, creative, outgoing and full of life. Her favorite television show was Law & Order along with flashbacks from the 90s. Dionyah had plans to go back to school in the fall of 2023. She loved her sister and had a bucket list of things for her and McKenzie to do before her life was taken unexpectedly. She will ever be our Truelove and greatly forever missed. We love you and one day look to see you again in heaven. Dionyah is predeceased by her great-great-grandmother Sillar L. Chambers and great-great-grandfather James W. Chambers.
